The other day I watched a movie titled “I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With” starring Jeff Garlin, Sarah Silverman, Bonnie Hunt and others. It was on OnDemand under “IFC in Theaters”. They put movies up on OnDemand the same day theyre in theaters, which is kind of nice. It cost $5.99 to watch it on OnDemand and you can watch it as many times as you want for a 24 hour period. It was a great movie, although it was a bit short at 80 minutes. I gave it a rating of 6/10. Check it out if you get a chance.

A while back I signed up for the popular online DVD movie rental service Netflix. I previously had the Blockbuster online service but wasn’t really happy with their selection. I’m more into documentary DVDs than anything and Netflix has a huge selection of documentary titles. I also watch other genres like comedy, action, drama, ect., but documentaries are harder to find and alot more expensive to buy most of the time. Netflix is also an all around cheap solution to regular movie rentals.

The summer has ushered in some of the best line up of movies for kids. “Ratatouille” and “Underdog” are two great movies that the kids will enjoy. “Ratatouille” involves a loveable rat that gives a chef instructions on how to cook while “Underdog” is about a flying canine hero.

I have to admit I’m no sci-fi/ mystical fan so I haven’t seen any of the Harry Potter movies. But I’ve seen the commercials enough to know that this is indeed overkill. Firstly Daniel Radcliffe who plays Harry Potter is too old for the role and secondly when would they realize enough is enough. At first Harry Potter was cool with the cute and innocent looking Radcliffe doing his thing, but now its like a pain that won’t go away.
