I was recently diagnosed with psoriasis by my doctor. While at his office he gave me samples of a medication he wanted me to try before anything else. After one week, it did not help and I was only getting worse. My doctor wanted me to come to his office to discuss a different psoriasis treatment, so I did. He wrote me a prescription for two different medications and it cleared up completely in a very short time. I’m glad I went back to see him.

One of the most common exercises for the heart is the use of treadmills. Many Cardiologists suggest starting out by walking for slow distances and times, at a slow pace. The most important exercise is to run at a pace to get your heart rate up to a certain amount, for a certain amount of time. Most people who have had a heart attack are told to use treadmills after the healing process of surgery. To correctly diagnose heart disease, many tests are run on a person using treadmills.

A friend of mine has been addicted to some very serious drugs for the past 3 years. The drugs he was addicted to was a prescription prescribed to him by the doctor he had seen for many years. The doctor never told him how addictive the drug was. When he decided to quit taking it one day, he began having numerous side effects, like he was going through withdrawal, which made it impossible to quit taking it. After discussing it with his doctor, he was told he may have to go through a drug rehabilitation program to quit taking it. After going through the program, he now takes no drugs at all, and never wants to be given any more addictive drugs. The drug rehabilitation was a very successful and short term treatment to quit the drugs he was using.

My mother has been suffering from the effects of her fibromyalgia for the past few years. It’s even worse during the winter months. Fibromyalgia is a relatively new condition and doctors really have no idea what causes it or how to properly treat it. They have tried a boat load of different medications on my mother and nothing seems to do the trick. Sometimes she finds herself in so much pain that she can’t even walk or get out of bed. I really hope they find something that can properly treat fibromyalgia soon.

A few months back I was at a nice restaurant having dinner with my girlfriend and her parents. It was her parents anniversary so we took them out to eat. I was eating my dinner when all of a sudden the cap on my left front tooth came off. If you’ve never lost a cap, you really have no idea of the pain and embarrassment associated with losing one. The cap actually fell out of my mouth and into my plate. Everyone knew what had happened when they heard the loud “ding” noise as the cap smacked against the plate and they looked up at me holding my mouth. Luckily my girlfriends mother had some Dentemp OS in her purse so I was able to go into the bathroom and temporarily repair it. I couldn’t finish my meal, as I was too nervous that it would fall off again. To my surprise the temporary dental repair material actually held the cap on until I was able to get in to see my dentist a couple of days later. Every since that happened I have carried a little container of Dentemp OS with my wherever I go. You don’t have to mix anything up, so there’s really no mess, it dries relatively fast and you can even eat on it.

Since my last visit to the dentist, I’m now very appreciative of my Ameriplan colleague who calls just about every minute to sign me up. After talking to her over the weekend, I can’t believe how much money I’m blowing at my dentist. Imagine for only $20.00 each month I can get discounts at the dentist or the doctor for half the price that I pay now. I had a filling done at my dentist who charged me $280. Imagine my disgust when my Ameriplan rep. told me that their affiliate dentist only charges $95 for fillings! I’ve obviously been doing something very wrong financially, and now is the time to correct it.
