I really have to do my research when it comes to diet supplements because for the last few months I have been spending a lot of money on products that have not been working for me. And the fact that I take these supplements coupled with a few nights working out at the gym and still no results really have me wary about trying something else. Quite a few of my friends have made some product recommendations but I don’t know yet. I think I would have to read the reviews of them and see what people are saying before I buy them.
