I used to be very much overweight. I had only tried a couple diet pills. The first one I tried was the Alli diet pill. I was very satisfied with it. When taking it, I lost quite a few pounds, but I lost more just by watching what I eat and having will power to count my carbs, sugar, calories, etc. I lost weight just by watching my diet without even doing any exercises. The first pill I took seemed to speed up my heart rate so discontinued it. The Alli supplement seemed too costly for the few pounds it helps you lose. I have now lost a lot of weight by just watching my diet and doing a few exercises.
