I ordered a really nice futon that would really compliment my other furniture in the living room but decided to save cost by having theitem ship to the store for me to pick up rather than have it delivered. Big mistake. I hurried down to the nearest Walmart to collect my item after receiving the email that it was at the store only to find out that it was not there. They told me to return the next day to check to see if it was at their store and I can’t believe that after these people inconvenienced me in a major way and refused to have the item delivered if and when it showed up. I was so pissed off I told them where to put their futon when it arrived at the store and demanded a refund.
