A friend of mine recently purchased one of the nicest luxury homes in our area. He runs a very successful online business and he has been wanting to buy this house for about 8 years. He was finally able to give the owners a cash offer and they were more than happy to accept it. I’m really happy for him and all of his success. Hopefully I will be that successful one day.
